Who We Are

Our Team

Tatevik Khatchikian

Founder (France)

Tatevik graduated from ESCP Europe with a Master's in Finance and is certified in Global Management from INSEAD. She is an experienced executive with a successful track record in Business Consulting for blue chip organizations.

Tatevik is passionate about Armenia and its current development challenges.

She believes that more than ever, Armenian diaspora has a crucial role to play in the construction of a strong and flourishing Armenia; a key reason why she created Blooming Armenia.

Tigran Avagyan

Project Coordinator (Armenia)

Tigran is studying at the Faculty of Finance, at the Armenian State University of Economics (4th year).
Concerned by the future of students who, after their graduation, are not able to find a job and use their skills gained during their studies, Tigran co-founded the Youth Opportunity Club NGO.  The NGO's mission is to provide Armenian youth with valuable and practical knowledge in business, marketing, sales and many more. In his opinion, the best place to start the career are the corridors of practical education.
He has already participated in more than 12 international projects.
Tigran is also working as a waiter at ‘’Art Bridge’’ Bookstore. In order to fight against the stereotypical Armenian thinking, Tigran does not hesitate to always mention that he is working as a waiter. Tigran also works at ASUE as an internal education expert.

Our experts

Hervé der Sahakian

Landscape designer (France)

Hervé has been a member of the French Landscape Federation since 2011, and a Landscape Expert for the CAUE 13 since 2016. Currently, he practices his landscaping passion independently in Marseille.

Hervé’s motivations for his work are as follows: revealing or recreating the beauty of a site, reviving the practices and poetry of the place through unique projects, and echoing architecture and landscape.

He strives to create a functional and controlled space that leaves politeness to the spontaneity of the living. Where possible, Hervé tries to develop a form of “subliminal pedagogy” to highlight the relationship between the site and its tangible and intangible components.

His goal is to develop a project that integrates geometry, aesthetics, and function into its environment, and to facilitate the practices of the place to improve the living environment.

Manvel Siradeghyan

Plant specialist (Armenia)

Manvel is the one who gives colors to our project. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of decorative gardening in Armenia. He is the author of over 20 decorative gardens. Bringing colors to gardens through different plants and keeping track of their development is the most important mission of Manvel's daily work.

Pierre Fournier

Social entrepreneur (France)

Pierre Fournier is passionate about diversity. He has been engaged in associative life for more than 15 years, enabling him to acquire social innovation project management and social entrepreneurship expertise. Driven by a spirit of curiosity and values of solidarity, he volunteered for 8 months in Armenia, where he initiated actions around social entrepreneurship and social ties. Pierre loves Armenian culture, history and landscapes. He is happy to help with projects on topics that are dear to him and to a country that welcomed him so warmly. Pierre is currently leading various social and environmental projects in Mans, France.
